I was about to make a long, downhearted post about the Avalanche losing in the second round of the play-offs. Then I thought I'd double check the score from last night, just to rub salt in my wound, I guess. So it turns out the Avalanche WON, STIRNY.

Last night Matt (of the Stirnaman persuasion) informed me that the Avs lost 1-0 in OT, so since then I've been slightly frumpy, thinking that they were swept by the Sharks. The series is still 3-1, which means counting the one they just won, the Avs have to win 4 in a row to make it out of this round. Definitely not an everyday feat.

Anyhoo... another day off.. another boring-ass day w/nobody to spend it with.
