Just a quick thought. While thinking about various managers at work (and the molding of my own leadership-edness), I came to the conclusion that passion without compassion is useless and possibly very dangerous. I also came to the conclusion that I should read more, because I'm sure there are hundreds of books out there that could've saved me the time of having to figure out that and other such epiphany's myself.
