Ok, everyone that visits this page should go buy somethin, even something small from Amazon.com. In case you hadn't heard, a couple months ago I had a shipment stolen off my porch: the Postal employee's I talked to about it were rude as hell, and I didn't recieve a response from Amazon at that time. Anyway, today I placed an order again and emailed asking them how I can go about adding signature confirmation or insurance instructions to my order (and mentioned what happened with my prior order in the email). I just recieved a response and they said they were going to make a one-time exception to their normal policies, and completely replaced my stolen order from a couple months ago! That's the kind of customer service that makes an impact.. you can bet I'll be buying any hard-to-find DVDs that Best Buy doesn't carry from Amazon.com. If you're wondering what the stolen items were, they were ReadySexGo! by Marvelous 3, and a graphic novel, Kingdom Come.
