After a long couple days at work, I plopped down in my living room chair today and I pondered: You know that common scene in cool action movies like Goonies and the Indiana Jones', where it shows the intact skeleton of a long dead pirate/king sitting in a throne surrounded by all his wealth. Presumably it's supposed to illustrate the sad life the dude lived, wasting time lusting after objects that he couldn't take with him in the end. Well what I realized today was this: Those dude's always look damned comfortable. For real! So they look all sad and dead in their chairs... so what? I say they're slouchin down, chillin back, surveying their tremendous bounty. Yeah if you die rich you still die.. but it seems to me you at least die in a damned comfortable position.
